Goal Keeper position bug in Football Manager 2012
Recently I have installed Football Manager 2012 on the computer of mine. I have noticed a bug issue associated with the Goal Keeper position. Let me know if you have noticed the same thing and also tell me if you are aware of any releasing of the patch regarding this particular game. Any useful information on this particular matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

In this particular situation I wanted to tell you that Goal Keeper default schedule is not having the defending training in the game.

I don’t think so it seems to be a bug and the more decision is made by SI but I don’t think which you have thought through. As we are human managers and hence we compensate by giving the keepers individual training on the position. As far as AI keepers are not going to get the position attributes which are supposed to improve.

I am hoping that the developer of the game will work out on the same than that of the releasing of the patch so that all the gamers who are having the same issue will use the patch to fix the matter which we are discussing over here.

In this particular situation there is something which will sort out the entire thing. If SI to be the best way forwarding than I don’t think it will be wrong for you. I have found the people who are having the same issue which you have mentioned over here and you should contact the developer of the game and they will fix the issue which you have stated over here. I am hoping that the developer of the game will fix the matter as early as possible.

I wanted to tell you that the thing about which we are talking about is a bug issue then I am sure all the effects might take place on the every keeper. They are supposed to lose 2 to 3 points a season. I have also noticed the same bug. Hence I am sure that the thing which you have mentioned over here might be happening because of the bug issue. If the same thing continues than I am sure that they will lose 2/3 points a season. Hence I am sure that it is a bug issue. There is a need of sorting out the above mentioned thing as AI will lose the priority attribute with the long time of the game. Lets of the developer of the game will fix the above mentioned issue as early as possible.

I am wondering that the deleting the default schedule from fm path and replacing with the individual gk-schedule would solve the issue. I don’t know whether it work but what I wanted to tell you that you should try and let me know about the result. You should create own schedule and you should position with trained and name the same as default gk-schedule and save the same into the same path.

Hey buddy the thing which you have stated over here will work only for the Human Player not for AI. Hence there are 3 to 4 keeper into the whole game for the purpose of the training for Positioning. The rest of the people of lose points over the course of the game. I am not sure about the same but I have managed to lost 2 points in the 6 months of the demo. If you are still thinking that issue will not be resolved than you should contact the developer of the game then ask for the further help.
